Marina is the consummate nutrition coach. She is one of those rare, active listeners with a wealth of knowledge in science based Western medicine and Eastern herbal & yogic practices. As a compassionate healer, Marina works with her clients on stubborn, destructive habits in a slow measured manner marrying the best of both worlds to get at the root of the problems. Marina is the most knowledgeable person about the human body that I know. She knows every single organ, muscle, nerve in the body, and how they interact - the physiology of the whole body. Anytime I have a wellness question, Marina is the first person I turn to. She will tell me the herbal way to treat the problem, and the pharmaceutical way. Recently, I had an obgyn issue, and Marina gave me the herbal approach, the pharmaceutical one, and the pros and cons to each. I ended up doing a combination of both. Whenever I or someone in my family is sick, I turn to Marina for advice. I asked her about palliative care for my mom while she had cancer, and Marina was able to suggest some tinctures and herbs that eased my mom's pain. When I recently had a cold, I was trying to consume a lot of vitamins by having smoothies, and Marina insisted I have hot soup. I instantly felt better once I had the soup. I consider Marina an invaluable resource in my life, and can't imagine what I would have done without her.

Marina has such an incredible perspective and approach with her multifaceted expertise in pharmacy, herbs and nutrition.
