We are getting so close to the end of the year and the end of Season 5 of the Holistic Pharmacy Podcast! I want to thank you so much for tuning in and learning how to be better practitioners and humans together. I could not do this without your support and feedback, and it truly inspires me to keep going every day even when challenges inevitably arise.
With the solstice coming up, I invite you to take stock of your year and your life, and reflect on what resources you already have that you can tap into. Winter is the season for slowing down and introspection, so really allow yourself to just be. Ask yourself what you need, and what would serve you. And take care of yourself!
Which leads me to the topic of today’s episode, where my guest passionately shares about her own journey and the powerful realization that women in healthcare need to take care of themselves just as well as they take care of their patients.
