Dill weed tea is a quiet staple of Persian home medicine, brewed nightly, passed between generations, and trusted long before anyone called it a wellness ritual. Made from Anethum graveolens, this simple infusion has been traditionally used to support healthy blood pressure, ease digestion, and invite a sense of calm at the end of the day. Gentle, fragrant, and deeply rooted in tradition.
