Herbalism and natural remedies: Resourcing ourselves and building resilience. FREE livestream with Gwyneth Jones.

In these times of collapse and uncertainty, we need nourishment, grounding, and connection more than ever.

In this conversation with Gwyneth Jones –  we will focus on how herbs and plants can help us nourish our mind, body and soul – offering support not just for symptoms, but for the deeper disconnection and depletion so many of us are feeling.

Almost everyone I speak to these days tells me that they are exhausted, on the verge of burnout, and struggling to navigate what’s happening in the world. But as I wrote in a recent blog post: “Your body is not failing. The system is… Your body is doing everything it can to adapt to unsustainable conditions.”

And yet – this doesn’t mean that we are powerless.

In this livestream, we’ll talk about:

  • What it means to resource ourselves in an extractive culture

  • How to use herbs to support our nervous system and emotional wellbeing

  • Why radical self-care is not selfish, but essential

  • How reconnecting with the living world can help us face the metacrisis

I will be teaching on how we can build mental and emotional fitness, listen to the wisdom of our bodies, and support our communities to thrive in a system designed for burnout.
