How to Support Fertility and Prepare for Labor Naturally

Preparing for pregnancy is one of the most potent windows of healing available to us. What you eat, how you move, what you put in and on your body, and how you manage stress in the months before conception lays the foundation not just for a healthy pregnancy, but for the health of the child you are growing.

In this webinar, I bring together my training as a pharmacist, clinical herbalist, and health coach to walk you through a comprehensive, evidence-informed approach to natural fertility and pregnancy preparation.

We start with nutrition — because food is the first medicine. We go deep on the fertility diet: which macronutrients matter and why, which vitamins and minerals are non-negotiable, and which foods actively work against hormonal balance. We look at the microbiome, hydration, and what conventional food choices may be quietly undermining your reproductive health.

From there we move into plant medicine — nourishing herbs, adaptogens, hormone-specific botanicals, and the herbs traditionally used to support uterine health, increase circulation to the reproductive organs, and prepare the body for labor. We also discuss fertility cleansing: why it matters, when to do it, and which herbs support the liver and uterus in clearing what needs to clear.

We close with the often-overlooked piece: the mind-body connection. Studies show relaxation techniques can more than double fertility outcomes compared to medical intervention alone. Breathwork, yoga, massage, acupuncture, and pelvic floor health are not optional extras — they are part of the protocol.

What we cover:

  • The natural fertility diet and how to implement it
  • Key vitamins and minerals: vitamin D, E, CoQ10, folate, zinc, iron, B vitamins, omega-3s, and more
  • Nourishing herbs: nettles, red raspberry leaf, oatstraw, red clover, and more
  • Adaptogens for endocrine support: maca, ashwagandha, schisandra, licorice, and more
  • Sex hormone-specific herbs: vitex, saw palmetto
  • Fertility cleansing: liver herbs, uterine tonics, and circulation support
  • Herbs for maintaining pregnancy and miscarriage prevention
  • Labor preparation: partus preparators, homeopathy, acupressure, and bodywork
  • Mind-body practices backed by research: yoga, meditation, craniosacral therapy, Mayan abdominal massage
