Walnut Ginger Herbal Tea

A warm, soothing Walnut Ginger Herbal Tea recipe made with jaggery, cardamom, and walnuts. Perfect for boosting energy, easing digestion, and enjoying a naturally sweet, spiced drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tea bag
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger (grated or finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of jaggery
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

 

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bag. As soon as the water turns light brown (to keep the tea from getting too dark), remove the tea bag.
  3. Add fresh ginger, ground walnuts, jaggery, and cardamom powder to the pan.
  4. Let the mixture boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour into a cup and enjoy hot
