A warm, soothing Walnut Ginger Herbal Tea recipe made with jaggery, cardamom, and walnuts. Perfect for boosting energy, easing digestion, and enjoying a naturally sweet, spiced drink.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tea bag
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger (grated or finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of jaggery
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions
- In a small pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add the tea bag. As soon as the water turns light brown (to keep the tea from getting too dark), remove the tea bag.
- Add fresh ginger, ground walnuts, jaggery, and cardamom powder to the pan.
- Let the mixture boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy hot
