Ingredients:

- 1 cup hot hibiscus tea (brewed strong and strained, from petals or powder)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (brightens and balances)
- 1–2 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder (or 4 tsp agar agar for a vegan option)
- ¾ cup coconut water (adds natural electrolytes)

Directions:
