Zoof tea is a time-honored Persian remedy made from the seeds of Plantago major, a plant you may know as broadleaf plantain. Brewed simply with water and steeped with intention, this gentle tea has been traditionally used to support the lungs, loosen mucus, and soothe a persistent cough. Safe for the whole family, including children as young as two, it’s the kind of plant wisdom that travels quietly across generations, from grandmother’s kitchen to yours.
